Lelsloom is the home of Handmade Beanie Hats in Scotland; born in Edinburgh out of a simple quest for the perfect fit. For years, I found that mass-produced hats relied on harsh elastic brims resulting in that “dreaded forehead mark” we all know too well. I knew there was a better way.

By returning to traditional hand-looming techniques, I developed a seam-free, elastic-free design that offers a soft, cloud-like fit. What started as gifts for family and friends soon grew into a global community; since opening on Etsy in 2016, I have sent over 5,000 handmade beanies to new homes worldwide.

I believe in slow fashion over fast trends. Every Lelsloom piece is handmade-to-order in my Scotland studio, ensuring that what you receive is made just for you.

You won’t find itchy logos or stiff branded tags here. I leave my work “naked” because I want the craftsmanship and the vibrant, vegan-friendly yarns to speak for themselves. Why settle for a factory-made accessory when you can wear a piece of Edinburgh artistry?
