How do I wash my hat?

All items are handmade and should be gently hand-washed and dried with care. Washing your hat gently in cool water will help keep the shape and softness of your hat.

Some yarn may bobble and fluff due to the way the yarn is produced and spun. All you need to do is gently take a razor, nail scissors or clippers to help remove the excess.

Measurements?

Please read the measurements in the descriptions. I provide measurements for every hat in my shop, but the one thing I cannot do is measure your head, you may need to do this yourself if you are unsure of sizing. Please contact me if you have any questions about sizing before placing your order. 

Will the colour of the hat be exactly as I see it on my screen?

Colours may appear slightly different depending on which screen you are using. If you would like more information on item colours or require an exact colour please send me a message. If you don’t see the exact colour you would like, please contact me to set up a custom order.

Do you use elastic in your hats?

No. I don’t use elastic in the brim unless requested. If you would like elastic the brim of your hat, please contact me to set up a custom order as this is only possible with some styles.
