All items are handmade and should be gently hand-washed and dried with care. Washing your hat gently in cool water will help keep the shape and softness of your hat.

Some yarn may bobble and fluff due to the way the yarn is produced and spun. All you need to do is gently take a razor, nail scissors or clippers to help remove the excess.

All the hats that we sell are a fixed size but they have great stretch and are suitable for almost everyone. If your head is particularly small or large then it is a good idea to measure your head before ordering. See our size guide.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on which screen you are using. If you would like more information on item colours or require an exact colour please send me a message. If you don’t see the exact colour you would like, please contact me to set up a custom order.

No. I don’t use elastic in the brim unless requested. If you would like elastic the brim of your hat, please contact me to set up a custom order as this is only possible with some styles.
