Processing Time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items. The current processing times for orders is 3-7 business days.  We will keep you updated throughout the process and you will receive an email when your order has been shipped.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping

If you would like a tracking number for your order, please choose this option at checkout. Please make sure you have given the correct address for delivery. I will not be responsible for replacing items due to incorrect delivery information. If you do not receive your item, please contact me within two months of order date. Items that are ordered together will be wrappped together to avoid excess packaging. I don’t include paper invoices with packages, but if you need any further information about your order, please email me at admin@lelsloom.com.

Estimated Shipping Times

By ordering from Lelsloom, you are consenting to receive an invitation, by email, from CusRev (an independent third-party organization) to review your order.  I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

  • United Kingdom: 3-10 business days
  • United States: 8-30 business days
  • Europe: 5-20 business days
  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 8-30 business days

Returns & Cancellations

 
I do accept returns and cancellations.
  • Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
  • Return items back within: 30 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within:  24 hours of purchase

Returns must have the customers name and return address on the outside of the packaging for identification purposes, and in case the package is delayed or lost in the mail.

If you are returning an item from outside the United Kingdom the package must be marked as “returned goods” to avoid custom charges.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Forced Returns

Returns that have not been confirmed prior to returning will not be accepted.
