All items are handmade and should be gently hand washed and dried with care. Washing your hat gently in cool water will help keep the shape and softness of your hat.

Please read measurements in descriptions. I provide measurements for every hat in my shop, but the one thing I cannot do is measure your head, you may need to do this yourself if you are unsure of sizing. Please contact me if you have any questions about sizing before placing your order. I am very happy to set up a custom order if you require a larger or smaller hat.

Remember that colours may appear slightly different depending on which screen you are using. If you would like more information on item colours or require an exact colour please send me a message. If you don’t see the exact colour you would like, please contact me to set up a custom order.

No. I don’t use elastic in the brim unless requested. If you would like elastic the brim of your hat, please contact me to set up a custom order.
